Does Relay send emails without me?+
No. In default modes every outgoing message requires your explicit approval — from the dashboard or from WhatsApp. Autopilot is opt-in per category, once you've built trust with Relay.
What data does Relay store?+
Message metadata, classifications, and drafts you review — encrypted at rest. You can export or delete everything at any time. OAuth tokens are encrypted and revokable in one click.
How does Relay learn my voice?+
Every accept, edit, and reject becomes a training signal — but only after you explicitly confirm. Corrections shape future drafts within a few interactions.
Which inbox providers work?+
Gmail today. Outlook, Slack, and WhatsApp Business are next on the roadmap. Priority is set by alpha users' votes.
Is this a wrapper around ChatGPT?+
No. Relay is a decision engine: a classifier, a drafter, a memory store, a playbook runner, and an approval router — with an audit log tying them together. The LLM is one component, not the product.
